1. About us

Reboot Robotics Academy ("we", "us", "the Academy") provides robotics, electronics, coding, AI and drone education for school students, college students and working professionals, from our centre in Baguiati, Kolkata, and online.

2. Courses and demo classes

• Each standard course runs for 20 hours, normally delivered as one class per week over approximately five months. The Educators' and College programmes run for 30 hours.
• Lesson plans published on this website describe our intended syllabus. We may reasonably adjust the order or content of sessions for teaching quality, kit availability or the pace of a particular batch.
• A demo class may be booked before enrolling. Demo classes held at our centre are free. Online demo classes carry a nominal booking fee of ₹9, charged to confirm the slot.
• Demo bookings are subject to trainer and slot availability. We will confirm your slot by phone, WhatsApp or email.

3. Fees and payment

• Course fees are as published on this website at the time of enrolment. A one-time admission fee of ₹500 applies to all courses.
• Fees may be paid as a single one-time payment or in monthly instalments, as set out for each course.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Monthly instalments are due on or before the agreed date each month. We may suspend classes if fees remain unpaid after reasonable reminders.
• Fees do not include any hardware kit you choose to purchase for home use. Kits used during class are provided by the Academy.

4. Attendance and conduct

• Please arrive on time. Missed classes may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability, but we cannot guarantee a replacement session for every absence.
• Students must follow trainer instructions and safety rules at all times, particularly around electronics, soldering, 3D printers, batteries and drones.
• We may ask a student to leave a course, without refund, for behaviour that endangers others, damages equipment, or repeatedly disrupts teaching.

5. Guardian consent and supervision

For students under 18, a parent or guardian must provide the enrolment details and consent to these Terms. Guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up. Please inform us in writing of any medical condition or allergy relevant to your child's safety in class.

6. Photography and media

We sometimes photograph classes and projects for our records and promotion. If you do not want your child to appear in any photograph or video, tell us in writing and we will exclude them. We will not publish a student's full name, school or contact details alongside an image.

7. Intellectual property

All course material, lesson plans, worksheets, and the content of this website are the property of Reboot Robotics Academy. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, publish or teach from our material commercially without our written permission. Projects a student builds during a course belong to that student.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering classes safely. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any course or booking is limited to the fees you have paid for that course or booking. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the centre.

9. Changes and cancellation by us

We may reschedule a class due to trainer illness, public holidays, or events beyond our control. We will give you as much notice as we reasonably can and will offer a replacement session. If we cancel a course entirely before it begins, we will refund the fees paid for it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
