This policy explains what personal information Reboot Robotics Academy collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry, run your demo class, and deliver your course.

1. Information we collect

Enquiry form: name, phone number, the course you are interested in, and any message you write.
Demo class booking: name, phone number, email address, the student's class, and your chosen date and time.
Enrolment: student and guardian details needed to run the course and issue certificates.
Payments: we receive a payment confirmation, amount, and transaction reference from Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank passwords.
Website use: our host, Netlify, records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

2. Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and recommend a suitable course.
To confirm and run your demo class, and to send you a receipt.
To administer enrolment, attendance, fees and certificates.
To contact you about your child's progress, class schedules and changes.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We will only send you promotional messages if you have shown interest in our courses, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as needed:

Razorpay — to process online payments securely.
Supabase — to store enquiry, booking and enrolment records.
Netlify — to host this website and receive form submissions.
Brevo — to send confirmation and receipt emails.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Children's information

Our courses are for children as well as adults. Enrolment and booking details for a student under 18 must be provided by a parent or guardian. We collect the minimum information needed to teach the child safely and keep the guardian informed.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years, and enrolment, payment and certificate records for as long as needed for our accounting and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

6. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled services. Our website is served over HTTPS. Access to student and payment records is limited to authorised Academy staff, protected by individual logins.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete information we do not need to keep, or stop sending you promotional messages. Email info.rebootrobotics@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
